Peter Boddy (principal) was formally educated in both architecture and interior design. He completed his studies in his native South Africa. Following an internship with a small, creative and very distinguished design studio in Cape Town, Peter immigrated to the United States in 1982.

In 2003, he was wooed by the developer of The Villages of Loreto Bay to join the ranks of the new company, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. His position as Director of Architecture and Design afforded him an opportunity to help “execute the vision” from an aesthetic and functional standpoint. He was an integral part of planning the Village Home & Custom Home design and guideline processes.

His business connections and many years of experience bring an intimate knowledge and understanding of the project and its environs. His “how to get things done, and done right” attitude is a critical component of living in the Baja!

Peter and his wife, Ariel Klein, were initial investors in the project and now own a home in the Founders’ Neighborhood, which they share with their adopted dog, Charlie. They are fully committed, both financially and personally, to the welfare and success of this great community.

Peter is an amiable, hands-on professional in the truest sense of the word. Along with his well-rounded knowledge of all facets of the industry comes a broad range of experience, as well as an intimate understanding of a client’s needs and expectations. In addition to possessing effective communication and decision-making skills, he is organized, motivated and extremely detail oriented. His excellent ability to develop creative solutions to client’s needs and expectations has led to his solid record of project successes and customer satisfaction.
